Founder and Editor-in-Chief 
Bill is the founder and editor-in-chief of ON-FILM.NET. In 1998, Bill, or "Jett" as he is known to many Batman fans around the globe, founded the website BATMAN-ON-FILM.COM. BOF has grown to be one of the most popular character fan sites on the Net, as well as the #1 site for BATMAN movie news.
Bill's favorite movies include BATMAN BEGINS, THE GODFATHER (Parts I and II), FRIDAY, THE SIXTH SENSE, THE IRON GIANT, BATMAN (1989), SUPERMAN: THE MOVIE, CLERKS, and a multitude of others.
His one element of "geekiness" is his enduring enthusiasm of The Batman and one that he shares with his three children. Jenn is a writer and film reviewer for ON-FILM.NET.
A designer denim addicted, stiletto craving fashionista, Jenn is the self proclaimed “rockstar” of the On-Film crew. She brings a certain charming indifference to the otherwise testosterone saturated staff, and her flair for penning slightly tongue in cheek text makes her highly addictive. Jenn’s love for movies started at an early age, fueled by a nearly divine theater experience as a preschooler during the movie E.T. (She still frequently uses the line “E.T. phone home” in casual conversation!) Memorable one-liners and quotability help to characterize the viability of a film for her. A closet fanatic of animated and family movies, she often finds herself single in a movie theatre, Coke Slurpee in hand, surrounded by throngs of brutally honest third graders, whose delightfully juvenile verbal reviews are often even more biting than her own. While she loves drama, action, and independent films, Jenn prefers a solid, laugh-out-loud comedy over all things. She is a retired NFL cheerleader (Seriously, how many people in their mid-twenties can say they are retired?), a former middle school teacher, and currently works within the fashion and beauty industry. Jenn is presently completing her first full length novel, a quasi-biography of her untamed, passionate life. Jenn has no children, no pets (although she has been known to borrow her neighbor’s dog on occasion), and possess an innate ability to obliterate houseplants. In her limited free time, she enjoys traveling, shopping, going out with her girlfriends and “her boys”, red wine and the occasional cigar, and, of course, Sunday Fundays! Paul J. Wares is the U.K. editor of BATMAN ON FILM and a contributor to ON-FILM.NET.
Paul was born in Salisbury, Wiltshire, England in 1975. The eldest of three children, Paul spent most of his childhood drawing comic-book characters and creating his own Superheroes. As he progressed into his teens, this hobby became more serious and he harboured dreams of becoming a comic-book artist. In 1989 Paul, saw a movie that would change the course of his life. The movie was Tim Burton's BATMAN and it was Paul's inspiration to become a filmmaker. At this stage he had no idea as to how to make this dream come true. In 1992 he graduated High School and went on to study Graphic Design at Swindon College, School of Art & Design. He successfully passed this course in 1994, his final project was the creation of a movie trailer for a comic-book character he created called The Stranger. This was his first filmmaking experience. Over the next few years Paul wrote several short film and feature film scripts, purely for the experience. He also honed his filmmaking skills. In 1996 he started an HND in Photography, Film & Television at Salisbury College. Paul left the course a year early that expected, feeling very frustrated that he was treading water on the course. In 1997 Paul received a £5000 grant from the Arts Council of England and the National Lottery to make a 30 minute Sci-fi Thriller shot on 16mm film. The film, Project Alchemy, was based on an adaptation of his comic-book creation "The Stranger." After three years of freelance design and video work, Paul joined Swindon College as Audio Visual Technician in 2000. Paul became an Associate Lecturer in Art & Design in 2003, but after being made redundant in July 2004 he returned to freelance.
